Our Roots
Founded in 2008, the Derek Jeter Center at Phoenix House Florida was named in honor of baseball legend, Derek Jeter to acknowledge the generous support and contributions of over $1 million from Mr. Jeter and the Turn 2 Foundation.
With the generosity of the Foundation, The Derek Jeter Center facility was able to double its treatment capacity providing essential resources to families throughout the State of Florida. Over the last decade, Phoenix House Florida in partnership with the Turn 2 Foundation has been able to serve over 5,000 youth and help transform their lives for the better and motivate them to pursue healthy, successful lives.
Healing Together
Our comprehensive outpatient services include treatment and counseling to help teens and their families manage and cope with substance use and related mental health conditions. In this program, teens confront the underlying causes of their addiction and regain control of their lives by breaking free from addiction and building support networks to help sustain recovery. The program’s emphasis on family involvement helps mend family relationships while healing the wounds inflicted by substance use.
The Right Care, Right Now
At Phoenix House Florida, each individual is guaranteed the highest quality of care, delivered with professionalism and respect. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding and accessible substance use treatment. Convenient hours make treatment accessible to working adults and students when they need it.
